All that part of the township of Great Bolton comprising Bolling's Houses on the western side of Black Horse Street, Great Moor Street, as far as the Bolton and Leigh Railway Station, eastern side of Black Horse Street, south of Great Moor Street, the north side of Crook Street, from the corner of Ormrod Street, to the eastern corner of Park Fields, including Rothwell's Court, Railway Street, Back Railway Street and Park Field, as far as the mill, known by hte name of 'Solomon's Temple'.

All that part of the township of Great Bolton comprising Crook Street, from Park Field, as far as the Bridgeman Arms Public House, Dawes Street, from the south end of Taylor and Son's Mill, as far as Crook Street, the whold of Cross Street, as far as Grundy's shop, the cottages behind Trinity Church Sunday School, and all the newly erected Buildings east of Crook Street to the newly formed street, which runs from Newport Street to the south end of Taylor's and Sons Cotton mill, the north side of Bridgeman Street from the Bridgeman's Arms as far as the Mancheste road, the western side of the Manchester road from Mrs Stanton's to Almon Buildings, Bradshaw Street, Back Bradshaw Street and the western side of Bradshaw gate as far as the house occupied by Johnson Lomax including Lomax's buildings including with the cottage in the occupation of Rowland Wells, also that part of Byng Street which lies east of the Bolton and Preston Railway.
